Refund policy

Returns

Ibizas Heritage accepts product returns. The customer shall bear the shipping costs and shall be refunded the amount that the product was priced at on the date of purchase.

a)      Due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors

Ibizas Heritage supplies all products with a warranty against any manufacturing defect, complying at all times with the particular conditions established by it, and it shall be invalid in cases where:

  •  The defect or fault is the result of improper use or treatment of the product.
  • The defective product is returned without its original packaging.
  • The product is not accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or the invoice.

If upon receiving the product the customer notices that the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the product requested, they may request the exchange within 48 hours of receipt.  

If the manufacturing defect becomes apparent after more than 48 hours, the company may opt for the exchange or repair of the product.

To return materials under warranty to APM FOOTWEAR TRADING SL, the customer must first request an Exchange Note from our Exchanges Department at the email info@ibizasheritage.com

This Exchange Note will be sent to you by email and must be included together with the product to be returned.

No returned material will be accepted that is not identified with its Exchange Note or whose assigned exchange number does not correspond to that indicated in the request. Nor will returns of used, incomplete material, or material that is not in perfect condition and in its original packaging, be accepted.

The issuance of an Exchange Note does not mean the definitive acceptance of the exchange of the material.

Ibizas Heritage reserves definitive acceptance until after inspecting the returned product.

The customer must send the defective materials under warranty carriage paid to Ibizas Heritage, which will send the replaced materials to the customer also carriage paid. If the exchange is accepted, the customer will be sent a voucher for the amount of the carriage they paid to carry out the return, which they may use on their next purchase. The cost of the carriage paid by the customer will be refunded in a discount voucher that they may use on their next purchases.

If the exchange is not definitively accepted by Ibizas Heritage after its examination, the customer must pay the shipping and return costs.

 

 

 

Exchanges

If the product does not satisfy the customer due to size or other reasons, the customer may request the exchange of the product within 48 hours of receipt.  

To return materials, the customer must first request an Exchange Note from our Exchanges Department at the email info@ibizasheritage.com

This Exchange Note will be sent to you by post and must be included together with the product to be exchanged.
