Can I return an item?
Of course you can. Ibizas Heritage accepts product returns within 30 days from receipt of the item. The refund will be made within 30 days from notification of the withdrawal, after first verifying that the product has arrived at our warehouses in good condition. The customer will only be responsible for the shipping costs, and the amount shown for the product on the date of purchase will be refunded.
What should I do if I want to return an item?
To return the item under warranty to APM FOOTWEAR TRADING SL, the customer must first contact our Exchanges and Returns Department via the email info@ibizasheritage.com
The customer must send the defective item under warranty, postage paid, to Ibizas Heritage (at a cost of 6€). If the product is accepted as a manufacturing defect, the customer will be reimbursed the same amount as the postage paid on the shipment.
If the exchange is definitively not accepted by Ibizas Heritage after examination, the customer must bear the shipping and return costs.
What is the deadline for making a return?
You have 15 calendar days to make a return from the date of receipt of the order.
How much does the return cost?
You will only have to pay the shipping cost: you can arrange it directly or leave it in our hands, in which case the cost will depend on the collection point, being 6€ for mainland Spain and 15€ for the Canary Islands and international returns.
How should I prepare the order for shipping?
The accessory must be sent in the same condition in which you received it and with its original elements in perfect condition. If this is not the case, the return will be partial or void.
How will I receive the amount of my return?
By the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

What is the home delivery process?
We work with the company GLS for shipments we make to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and Correos for the Canary Islands.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, the company is responsible for receiving and sending it to the address you have indicated to us.
Delivery times may vary for shipments made during sales or promotional periods, as well as to areas that involve customs processing.
The order will be deemed to have been delivered correctly at the moment the receipt of it is signed at the agreed delivery address.
In order to avoid incidents in delivery (such as incorrect addresses, the impossibility of finding someone at the home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the purchase form correctly, and it is advisable to provide a contact telephone number in the corresponding box. Will I have to pay customs?
Any import tax is charged once the package reaches its destination and its cost must be borne by you. We would love to, but we have no control whatsoever over these taxes, so we cannot tell you what the cost will be, since each country has a different policy. We recommend that you call your customs office to find out the amount before placing the order, so that you do not get any surprises later.
